The owner of this premium office located in one of Madrid’s best neighborhoods (Justicia) wanted a Home Staging after several months without firm offers to rent this unique space. After an impressive renovation, the structural base with first quality materials and industrial style required a Home Staging with first class furniture and a touch of sophistication that would allow potential customers to see more clearly the great possibilities of this versatile space. The client was offered 8 different layouts that, with the same furniture, allowed the potential tenant to offer from various office layouts, showroom, kitchen workshop, school, architecture or design studio, start-up, business meeting, and so on.
