Complete Refurbishment in north of Madrid

The refurbishment proposed in this apartment in northern Madrid was intended, first, to maximize the fabulous views over the Montes del Pardo and the Sierra de Madrid and, secondly, to give an important update to the house, both in structural elements and furnishings such as windows and decoration. Allowing the constant entry of light from the sky and the greenery of the landscape to merge with a modern decoration was the main objective. The apartment was to allow each member of the family to have their own welcoming and relaxing space after a busy working and school day.
