The María del Valle Interior Staging Studio was contacted for the development of a design project for a new real estate office in Pozuelo de Alarcón, an area of strong urban development. The clients were accompanied in the visits to the premises for the valuation of the project and presentation to the real estate chain. The complete interior design project was carried out, from the distribution and zoning of the spaces according to the corporate base and style book of the prestigious Lukas Fox real estate chain. The development of work execution plans, space distribution, specific furniture design, facade, materials, furnishing, specific uses, electricity and organization of the office were some of the elements of the project. The selection and proposal of all the furnishing and decorative elements for the premises was also made.
