The owner of this premium office located in one of Madrid’s best neighborhoods (Justicia) wanted a Home Staging after several months without firm offers to rent this unique space. After an impressive renovation, the structural base with first quality materials and industrial style required a Home Staging with first class furniture and a touch of sophistication that would allow potential customers to see more clearly the great possibilities of this versatile space. The client was offered 8 different layouts that, with the same furniture, allowed the potential tenant to offer from various office layouts, showroom, kitchen workshop, school, architecture or design studio, start-up, business meeting, and so on.

Housing in the Chamartín neighborhood that, after 15 years of rental, it was necessary to update and clean it up again to bring it back to the rental market, which is increasingly competitive. The owners contacted María Del Valle Interior Staging’s studio, to carry out a Home Staging and to be able to highlight their house against the competition, revaluing its price and shortening the waiting time until it was rented. Although the budget was moderate, importance was given to updating the kitchen and bathrooms that are over 30 years old. The kitchen, very spacious, underwent a tremendous change in flooring and furniture, giving it light and a more modern atmosphere. In the bathrooms colors were updated and cleaned. The rest of the house was painted, floors were varnished and windows and blinds were replaced. Ready for a soon rental.

The owners of this house located in the north of Madrid, were looking for a family for a stable and long-term rental. After several months, they decided to go to Home Staging to get an upgrade that would allow them to get the most out of this property.
The main objective was to update the spaces with a functional decoration and with neutral and cheerful colors that would attract the largest number of potential tenants and also be able to increase the rental price. Clear spaces, depersonalization and order, were the previous elements, to a neutral and cozy decoration.
